Healing starts inside the body. We move at the pace of the unfolding, wrapping ourselves in the seasons, listening to the small, quiet voices within through play, rhythm, energetics and water. We create spaces where the inner child can soften and explore- feel safe. Where nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. We are just learning to listen to that part of us that always knew.
Honoring the Nervous System
All of our work is Neuro- Affirming. We honor different sensory needs, processing styles, communication methods and emotional expressions. Especially in early childhood, we prioritize connection over compliance and understanding over control. We don’t ask children or adults to adapt to systems that aren’t built for them. We have built environments that adapt to the human.
Learning from the Earth
The Earth is our oldest teacher. We work with food, water, the land and seasonal rhythms to help families and communities reconnect to natural regulation and resilience. This isn’t about perfection or purity- It’s about relationship!
Eating, drinking, resting, PLAYING and living in ways that feel supportive instead of overwhelming.
Healing in Community
No one is meant to heal alone. Through Hive Tribes retreats, education and shared spaces- We create containers where people can rest, learn, remember, and grow together. Community isn’t an ad on- It’s Medicine! When people feel seen, supported, and connected to do some thing larger than themselves, healing becomes sustainable. This understanding through the hive sets a standard in our foundation.

This is a 12 week one on one mentorship for Heart-led entrepreneurs who want to bring their vision to the world with clarity, structure and sustainability. You receive personalized coaching alongside practical guidance for running a business online.

Tailored coaching sessions to have you grounded in what you are offering and how to close the deal! It’s true support from start to finish!
A Step-by-Step approach
We will go through your start up step-by-step so that you are supported through the entire process. We are here to build your business in a way that sustains your energy, not drain it!
Complete Understanding
The whole point is freedom! Not only will you be able to accomplish this for yourself and reference back to recordings, you will be able to recreate it for your clients with confidence!
Bee Scouts
A living, breathing community, rooted in hive wisdom, where we explore what it means to care for not only the honeybees, the land and ourselves - month by month, season by season. You will have a physical understanding of how to tend to your honeybees as well as a spiritual understanding of your position to the whole. AND an invitation of how you can use the energy and the frequency of the bees (with their permission) to upgrade your life!
Guided Hive Meditation:
You will have a physical understanding of how to tend to your honeybees as well as a spiritual understanding of your position to the whole
Nature Attuning:
We will share guidance in aligning with the season through food, movement, play and ritual.This is a space for curiosity, joy, embodiment, bowing to Mother Nature's wisdom and reverent play.
Beekeeping Workshops:
Engaging activities that teach the practice of Beekeeping. We will go over hive maintenance from month to month, attuning to the frequencies and what nature has to offer. We will have projects, how-tos, recipes available, and community building exercises.
1:1 Coaching/Healing Session
A private, individualized experience designed to support emotional regulation, energetic balance, and whole-body alignment.
1:1 Coaching:
Intuitive and mindful coaching to bring guided awareness practices into play. You will learn how to create trust, coherence, and safety within your system.
Energetic Practices:
Gain an understanding of how different practices affect your inner being to allow deeper embodiment and regulation. It becomes less about understanding and more about integration.
Frequency Balance:
Individualized HEALY frequency treatment for cellular restoration. This is designed to enhance physical, mental and emotional health through the application of individualized micro current frequencies.
